THE OPEN DOOR

To affirm the infinity of God, eternal Mind, is one thing; to comprehend it to the point of practical demonstration is another, The positive understanding of the infinitude of Spirit, God, as reality, and realization of its suppositional opposite, called matter, as unreality, is the basis of all healing brought about through Christian Science. Such understanding is the open door leading to mankind's freedom from limitations.

Through our understanding of God as omnipotent, unchanging divine Principle, creator of all that is real, we envision creation as perfect, harmonious, untouched by evil. As we accept the true concept without mental reservation, the glories of infinity begin to dawn in human consciousness, even though faintly, and afflictive experiences lessen. Such vision reveals eternal Mind as expressing itself in man and the universe.

Christian Science opens the door to the glorious possibilities of being. Through this revelation of Truth by Mary Baker Eddy one progressively understands God's allness and learns to turn radically and unreservedly to Principle for direction, help, and protection in all human activity. This is a natural and inevitable thought process; in other words, it is true prayer.
