In the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, we read (p. 570): "Millions of unprejudiced minds—simple seekers for Truth, weary wanderers, athirst in the desert—are waiting and watching for rest and drink. Give them a cup of cold water in Christ's name, and never fear the consequences."

With this admonition in mind, I feel it is high time I added my testimony of gratitude for the many beautiful healings I have had to the thousands that have already appeared in the Christian Science periodicals.

I became interested in Christian Science through a healing of the fracture of a bone in my elbow. I was in great pain and could scarcely move my arm. I was led to read my wife's copy of Science and Health, and in less than an hour the pain was practically gone and I could use my arm normally. Within a day or so the condition was completely cleared up, and the healing has been permanent.
