I have been blessed by Christian Science practically all of my life. Our older son was healed of badly diseased tonsils and adenoids. The school sent home a note telling us of the condition. The study of page 47 in "Miscellaneous Writings" by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, was particularly helpful in this experience. I do not know how long it was before the healing was completed, for it was not until several months later, while was reading in The Christian Science Journal a testimony which related a similar healing, that I realized the boy had been healed.

A careful examination given when this son joined the Navy some years later revealed no evidence of any inharmony. He was also healed of a badly fractured nose. The compulsory examination which was made by a doctor when the boy was reach to go to a summer camp revealed a perfect setting.

I was healed of a growth on the hand and one on my side, at different times. Both of these were very painful and presented discordant appearances. When these two healings took place, a wart on the other hand and a hard growth, which had been on one of my eyelids for many years, also disappeared, although no particular work had been done for these conditions. I knew that man reflects God and that, as His reflection, he could have no imperfection of any kind. These healings all occurred over fifteen years ago.
