Following our lecture, a malicious attack on our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, was made in one of our papers. In our reply it was mentioned that in our public libraries are to be found copies of the Christian Science textbook. "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, as well as authentic biographies of her life, which furnish information correcting the misstatements made against her personally. Some weeks later an article captioned "Refrain From Attacking Teachings of Other Christians" by our Anglican Bishop appeared in one of our newspapers.
