Blessings, gifts from divine Love, should, at the right time and in the proper way, be acknowledged and their beneficence shared, for thus they become a common heritage and reveal their true source—God.
The search for Truth had long engaged my thought. Like thousands of others I had searched the realm of human thinking, philosophy, orthodox religious beliefs, and read the offerings of poet and sage; and while I learned much that was helpful, yet I lacked that which was to satisfy my heart's longing and give me peace. Then Christian Science with its irrefutable logic and proof came into my experience, and I knew that it was what I had been searching for. My hope was, in the words of Mrs. Eddy (Poems, p. 45),
