I feel that it is time I paid my tithe of homage, gratitude to God, for Christ Jesus, our Way-shower, for our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and for the blessings I have received in Christian Science.

Although my life was saved through Christian Science when I was a baby, my mother did not take up this wonderful truth until I had finished high school. After the doctors had done all in their power to save my mother's eyesight and had pronounced her doomed to blindness for the rest of her life, Christian Science was again presented to her. In two visits to a practitioner her healing was accomplished, and she was able to thread a needle and do some sewing that very night.

If that had been the only healing in our family, we could not be more grateful, but we have also experienced the healing of broken bones, colds, violent headaches, pneumonia, influenza, fainting spells, and stroke. However, my deepest gratitude is for the explanation given to us of the Bible in Christian Science and for the great privilege of class instruction.—(Mrs.) Florence Florine Linder, Beaumont, Texas.
