WAKE VERSUS WAIT

The physical senses testify to a flat and motionless earth with the sun passing around it. That the reverse of this is true is a well-known and proved fact.

To these same senses man appears to be a material entity living in a universe governed by material laws, the infraction of which brings suffering and death. Accepting this sense testimony as true and believing itself to be separated from God, Spirit, mankind has come to accept the false theological teaching that one must wait for death to liberate him from the bondage of the flesh, after which he may hope to attain his true status as the spiritual son of God and enjoy the bliss of heaven.

It required the truth regarding the solar system to liberate mankind from the bondage imposed by the belief of a flat and motionless earth. And by the same token it is only the truth of God and of man's relation to Him as image and likeness, wholly spiritual, that can destroy the false sense of separation from God and thus liberate mankind from the bondage of sin, disease, poverty, and other discords imposed by ignorance.
