I feel the word "immediately"...

I feel the word "immediately" should be used more often in healing. For over thirty-six years I have been studying Christian Science, and it has been my only physician. My first healing was of a broken arm. Both large and small bones were broken. They were healed without being set. Twice pneumonia has been healed in three days, while before being in Science I had been confined to bed for a month with this disease. God never fails us. I am most grateful for what our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, has said of the eternality of Life.

One evening when I was reading, suddenly my book fell out of my hand, and my left side became helpless. I fell out of my chair onto the floor. I was conscious and immediately asked God for His help. I was able to crawl to the telephone and call for help, which came at once. I was lifted onto my bed. I felt no pain, but there was a numbness and also severe shaking. A practitioner was called, and as soon as treatment was given, I was able to move my arm and leg. There were no aftereffects.

I have been blessed with remarkable health for one who has passed over fourscore years. My heart is full of gratitude for my many blessings.—(Mrs.) Alice I. Fuller, Pasadena, California.
