COMMUNION

That quiet communion, when all good is mine,
Needs not the man-made bread and cup of wine.
No service planned for some set time and place—
Communion is to feel Love's warm embrace;

To close our eyes to every earthly thing;
To know the peace such sacred moments bring.
Communion is another name for prayer;
We hold it any time and anywhere.
