Liberation

"Not by might"—
The force of argument
Launched by the battering ram of human will—
We storm the gates of light,

"Nor by power"—
Uninspired effort,
A labored strife without the glow of Soul
To glorify the hour—

But by Thee,
Love irresistible,
Spirit invading imperceptibly
The heart to set it free!
