After more than thirty years of...

After more than thirty years of the study of Christian Science I am filled with such a sense of gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for the understanding of God which I have gained and the untold blessings that have come to me that it is a joyous privilege to acknowledge my thanks.

My first physical healing, that of sick headaches and not being able to eat certain food, took place while I was reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, and neither of those problems has ever presented itself again. Words cannot express my appreciation for the wonderful, lasting friendships I have made. Mrs. Eddy says in "Retrospection and Introspection" (p. 80), "There are no greater miracles known to earth than perfection and an unbroken friendship." Sorrow, lack, and inharmonies of many kinds have disappeared in the sunlight of Truth.

For the opportunity to serve our church in many capacities, for class instruction, and for the many avenues which our Leader provided so that all may learn of this healing truth, I am increasingly grateful, —(Mrs.) Belle C. Connelly, Chicago, Illinois.
