Concerning Christian Science Wartime and Postwar Activities
[From a Christian Science Society in Greece]
In accord with your loving, and kind request to let you know how members of our society have fared during the past few years, we thought it wiser to ask each one of them to give individually a synopsis of his experiences. The predominant feeling brought out in this investigation is a profound gratitude for the protection and joy experienced by each through the faithful study and application of Christian Science during all the years of occupation and the last disastrous experience of the revolution of December, 1944.
There was but one casualty among our members, though some have lost their businesses. Still all are grateful because, notwithstanding the difficulties of those years, they have managed to prove to a certain extent the protection and guidance of divine Mind in their daily lives.
