Charlevoix, Michigan (Society).
Christian Science Society, Charlevoix, dedicated its building, located at 205 Clinton Street, on Sunday, September 16, 1945, during the regular services. The history of the church was read to a happy group of visitors which swelled the local congregation.
Prior to the summer of 1906, there were no Christian Science services held publicly in Charlevoix, although at that time there were a few people who were interested in Science. They met a few times at the cottage of one of the resorters, and made arrangements to hold services in what was then known as the Bank Hall. Services were held there for two summers.
