Christian Science has taught me...
Christian Science has taught me how to find God. It is also teaching me that God is Spirit, Life, Truth, Love, and not an austere superman.
Science was brought to me by two loving friends about thirteen years ago when I was in a wilderness of fear from a medical diagnosis of an internal growth. I was in a bad physical condition, and because of a medical background I could not believe the good these friends were offering me. "How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace" (Isa. 52:7).
In a short time I consulted a practitioner, and through her patience and loving-kindness I finally began to see a little light. I attended church regularly, and tried to obey all instructions given me. I was entirely healed of the difficulty mentioned. I do not know when the healing came, but I became conscious of a better sense of health.
