At This time of the year, when the mantle of winter gives way to budding trees and shrubs, hope, too, takes new roots, and the whole world looks brighter.

So it is with this Easter. Man-made edicts that have no place in a Christian world are about to be replaced, with a spirit of the brotherhood of man. Sweet are these words to those who have been oppressed. Again Jesus sends forth his message, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."
