"May every morning seem to say
There's something happy on the way,
God sends love to you."

These lines headed an article in the Sentinel many years ago when we were having a very difficult time financially. The Sentinel had been given to me by an usher as I left a branch church after a Sunday morning service, and in the afternoon I opened it and found this little message of hope. I shared it with my husband and our two young children, who had just begun to attend the Christian Science Sunday School. We learned that as we lifted our hearts to the realization of God's ever-present love and tender care, our difficulties lessened. As we cast out fear in regard to my husband's business we were able to prove the truth of the following statement by Mrs. Eddy (Miscellaneous Writings, p. 307): "God gives you His spiritual ideas, and in turn, they give you daily supplies."
