Kindly grant me permission to reply to some recent misleading statements made by one of your columnists.

Christian Science healing is not a system of mental manipulation, but is spiritual healing based on a correct understanding of God. It is a system of scientific, spiritual prayer that is healing, contrary to the statement of your columnist, all manner of sickness, including organic diseases, many times healing cases that the physicians have been unable to heal. This is evidenced by the authentic testimonies of healing which appear each month in The Christian Science Journal, and each week in the Christian Science Sentinel.
