It is a joy to acknowledge divine...
It is a joy to acknowledge divine Love's providence toward us. Many years ago, when my family was young, I turned to Christian Science for strength beyond my own. I had been greatly touched by the sincerity of friends who are devoted students of Christian Science. I have long been deeply thankful, not only for all the proofs of genuine Christian Science in the world, but for the religious influence surrounding my childhood which made me receptive to Truth's touch.
With our first child we were severely tried by his serious illness.
We allowed him to undergo two operations for an abscess behind the eye. When the difficulty presented itself the third time, we were ready to trust Christian Science alone, and Truth did operate to remove and destroy forever the offensive condition.
