I have been inspired, enlightened, and fortified for more than twenty-five years by reading testimonies published in our periodicals. My gratitude for them prompts me to add my written testimony, hoping that it will help some struggling heart.

One of my first healings in Christian Science was the overcoming of frequent bilious attacks, which had annoyed me for ten years. No specific metaphysical work was done to rid me of these attacks. However, after reading the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, for a few months, I realized that I had been healed. This healing took place about twenty years ago and has remained permanent.

The healing of an ulcerated stomach followed. Because of this ailment, I was unable to eat many kinds of foods. For many years I have been able to enjoy all the foods that I once was unable to eat, and without any aftereffects. A badly cut hand, from which one finger was almost severed, was completely healed in less than a week's time without material aid. Nor were my daily duties interfered with because of this injury. An abnormal growth on one of my arms drained and disappeared while I was declaring the truth about man for an acquaintance seeking comfort.
