A Cup of Cold Water
There
is a well of waters, still and deep,
Unfathomed depths of healing tenderness;
But we have let rank overgrowths now creep
And hide the path to waters that should bless.
Then let us clear these tangled growths away,
Make straight the path before the blind and lame,
And pray of Love discerning grace to give
A cup of healing water in Christ's name.
