It is with joy and gratitude that I submit this testimony of healing.

After struggling many years to be well, and to be really happy, I resorted to many kinds of medical treatments, physical culture, hygienic remedies, and almost every school of medicine in existence at that time, but received only temporary relief. I was finally led to take up the study of Christian Science.

By studying its textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, in conjunction with the Bible. I was healed of a lifelong illness and of general debility resulting from stomach, liver, and bowel troubles, as well as severe nervousness. At this time my son, who was a small boy, was healed of what an eye specialist called the worst case of farsighted astigmatism he had ever seen in a child of his age. The healing took place without any specific treatment, just as a natural consequence of my grasping the spiritual import of the truths of Christian Science.
