Publication The Christian Leader, Boston
In the first of two articles on "What Is the Matter with Religion?" recently published in The Christian Leader, there is a reference to Christian Science which might cause the reader to associate it with Eastern cults, or to appraise it as being merely a means of promoting personal welfare.
The author's thoughtful observations on the problem confronting the world today should do much good, and it is a privilege for me to accept your invitation, not only to clear up a possible misunderstanding of Christian Science, but to comment briefly on this theme of practical Christianity.
