Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Nova Scotia

No adverse criticism of Christian Science in the press of this province has come to the attention of your Committee on Publication or his Assistant Committees during the current year.

Expressions of appreciation, both verbal and written, have been received from editors of weekly publications for the privilege of receiving an annual subscription to The Christian Science Monitor in exchange for advertising it to the value of the subscription. Some weekly papers give more than the allotted number of appearances of the advertisement. The following is quoted as an exceptionally good expression of gratitude: "The spiritual influence which The Christian Science Monitor exerts in national and world affairs, to say nothing of its benefits in the family circle, is incalculable. Long may it prosper and continue to shed its beneficent influence."
