Signs of the Times
"Firmness in the right"
Adult Student

Because man does not create the kingdom, man cannot destroy it. He can no more destroy the kingdom than he can destroy the principle of growth. "Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever." The tiny mustard seed is destined to become a towering tree.
In many ways we may delay the purposes of God, but we cannot ultimately defeat them. Jesus never lost sight of this great truth. "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done." That the kingdom would come, and that God's will would be done, he never doubted.
