In loving and sincere gratitude for the many healings and the joy and comfort Christian Science has brought into my life, I give this testimony.

About fifteen years ago I began to look about for a Sunday school to which to send our four-year-old son. A neighbor of mine, who had spoken to me several times of Christian Science, made the interesting remark that God is Mind. My husband, on hearing some of these truths, said that Christian Science was the most practical religion of which he had ever heard. We decided to send our little boy to the Christian Science Sunday School. I am very grateful that our two sons have had and are having the wonderful benefit of true education as taught in these Sunday schools.

Children's diseases—such as mumps, measles, fevers—and also bruises have been quickly overcome. About eight years ago our younger son became ill with a very painful ear trouble. Work was taken up in Science by a faithful practitioner. The pain continued for some days, causing much anxiety and fear. My husband, who does not study Science, called in a physician to diagnose the case. The physician advised an operation the following morning. His advice was not followed, however, and the trouble soon vanished without a discharge of any kind. During this trying period, with the help of the practitioner.
