Topic: We Need to Aim at the Highest
[Rev. Fred A. Line, as quoted in the Arizona Republic, Phoenix]
Dr. Albert Palmer recalls for us an old Chinese proverb: "It is better to light a candle in the darkness than it is to curse the darkness"
We fully appreciate how great that darkness is. The lights have been going out all around the world. And yet, we are beholden not to curse the darkness but to try to light a candle in it. There is a light that is shining still and the darkness has never put it out.
