The Annual Meeting of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, convenes this year on June 8. The By-Law, Article XIII, Section 1, of the Church Manual, provides for the meeting to be held on Monday following the first Sunday in June. Consequently, although the day remains the same, the calendar date changes from year to year, from the second of the month to and including the eighth. The meeting will convene at 2 p.m as usual. The doors will be opened at 12.45 p.m.
Cards of admission may be obtained in the Sunday school room of The Mother Church Extension on Saturday, June 6, from 8.30 a.m until 2 p.m., and on the day of the meeting, Monday, June 8, from 8.30 a.m until 2.30 p.m. These cards are not sent through the mail, but must be called for in person by the members who attend the meeting.
