"Fear thou not; for I am with thee"

Fear thou not, for Love is with thee—
Love omnipotent, divine.
All the power in earth and heaven
Is encircling thee and thine.

Safe within Love's tender keeping,
Thou art guarded every hour.
Error hath no power to harm thee;
Spirit is the only power.

Through the seeming night of terror
Hide beneath "the Almighty's shade,"
Love surrounds thee; Love enfolds thee;
Child beloved, be not afraid!
