I should like to say with the Psalmist...

I should like to say with the Psalmist, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases." Truly my blessings have been many during the several years I have been a student of Christian Science.

My first healing, of a severe cough, was an instantaneous one. Words cannot express the joy of that healing. Some of the other healings I have experienced have been of ptomaine poisoning, pneumonia, colds, and a distressing condition in my side. The last-mentioned trouble was healed through my reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" and other writings by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.

The healing for which I am most grateful is one my mother had several years ago. For a few months she had had at times stomach trouble, which would last two or three days, but this particular time instead of getting better she grew rapidly worse. A brother, not interested in Christian Science, called a doctor. Two days later the doctor told me that my mother had cancer of the stomach, and that even an operation would not help her.
