Lecturer: Dr. Hendrik J. de Lange; introduced by Mrs. Elsie L. Warman, who said:—

We are told in Matthew's Gospel that the people were astonished at the teachings of the Master, "for he taught them as one having authority." Christian Science speaks to the troubled thought of the world today "as one having authority," for it rests on immutable Principle. Christian Science healing is based upon the teachings of the Bible, and follows the understanding that God is omnipotent, everpresent Love, and that man is His likeness.
