Mind and Man

Man is at one with God, his heavenly source;
His consciousness, serene, can only know
The facts divine and holy power, which flow
In union true and full unbroken course
Throughout the realm of all things real; with force
Unspent, unchecked by mortal will, yet kind,
Revealing the unlabored might of Mind
Which man reflects—his God-ordained resource.

This man, untouched by sin or pain, doth stand
Upright, sustained and free, by God's command
The very likeness of the perfect Mind.
God's Science shows these wonders of His hand,
Reveals to human thought what Mind hath planned,
That each his perfect selfhood pure may find.
