With sincere gratitude for all the healings and blessings I have received through the daily study and application of Christian Science, I wish to share my testimony with others in the hope that it may help them to rely more steadfastly upon the law of God in time of human need.

All fear was destroyed with my first healing of pulmonary tuberculosis, which was accomplished by studying the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly.

Several years later I experienced another healing and blessing. Upon the advice of members of my household, a physician was called in to determine the nature of the ailment. He diagnosed it as a rapidly growing abdominal tumor and advised an immediate operation to save my life. A loving Christian Science practitioner was called upon for help, and I turned to page 162 of the textbook, Science and Health, where Mrs. Eddy says of Christian Science, "It changes the secretions, expels humors, dissolves tumors, relaxes rigid muscles, restores carious bones to soundness." In two weeks' time I was able to wear my street clothes and was entirely healed of this ailment. The tumor had dissolved and painlessly. During this experience I lost all my hair, but in a few months a lovely and bountiful growth was restored.
