May I have the courtesy of space in your paper to comment briefly on an allusion to "Christian Science method" in the "Chronicle of the Commonplace" column in a recent issue.

It is gratifying to learn that the writer of this column has been inspired to attempt the fostering of loving thoughts and deeds, as well as to learn that such sentiments are connected in her thinking with Christian Science. Such efforts are always helpful and are steps in the right direction.
