Christian Science services are conducted in the chapel of the Women's Institution at Tehachapi on the first and third Sundays of each month, at nine thirty in the morning. There has been a marked increase in attendance during the past year despite the fact that quite a number who have been regular attendants have been released.

The first worker remains after the service each Sunday.

A Bible, and a copy of Science and Health and the Christian Science Quarterly are presented upon release to each student who has been a regular attendant at the Christian Science services. About thirty-five copies of the current Quarterly are distributed for daily study.

Subscriptions to The Christian Science Journal, Christian Science Sentinel, and The Christian Science Monitor are furnished each cottage. These are sent directly from The Christian Science Publishing Society. The local literature distribution committee supplies twenty-five copies of the Monitor.
