In the interesting and thought-provoking article by a "well-known physician" in a recent issue, the contributor mentions Christian Science. Students of Christian Science can agree with some of the views stated by the writer, who, however, says little about the fundamental truth which heals and saves mankind.

Christian Science is a healing religion, based on the understanding of infinite Spirit, Mind, Life, Truth, Love, divine Principle, God.

Such sayings of Christ Jesus as, "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life," and, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free," are God-inspired. Jesus knew the relationship between God and man so well that he demonstrated the Christ. Mary Baker Eddy discovered and demonstrated the method of healing used by the Master. Thus it is today that Christian Science is healing the sick and the sinning through Mind, not matter.
