Truth's Heritage

Man is no victim of a lawless age
Subject to desolation and decay—
His is indeed a finer heritage
Of loveliness that shall not pass away.
Let us look to the everlasting hills,
The heights of Spirit, where our solace lies,
And find deliverance from human ills,
Children of promise, valorous and wise.

The moment waits, the still, small voice has spoken
Above the discord of a heedless hour;
The promise of Jehovah is not broken,
Forever His the glory and the power.
The harmony of heaven, we shall find
Within the universe of deathless Mind.
