I am glad to send this testimony in return for the privilege of enjoying the many testimonies I have read in our periodicals. I also esteem it my great joy and privilege to do so. During a long period of years as a student of Christian Science, my experiences have been varied and the blessings many.

When I was quite a young woman, symptoms developed of incipient consumption, believed to be hereditary, and they brought much fear with them. I was advised to give up my home near the seacoast and go to the country for rest and change; this I did. After I had passed through several years of unsuccessful treatment by various methods, Christian Science was brought to my attention through the healing of a friend. I decided to study this Science, and very soon I saw the hope held out for me, and as I continued to study, the symptoms gradually disappeared, never to return. Climate has never troubled me since, and my visits to the seacoast are a joy.

A heart difficulty, bowel trouble of long standing, and several minor ailments have yielded to the power of Truth; some with a practitioner's help, most of them through my own study and some understanding of God's perfect law.
