The study of Christian Science has enabled me to understand the admonition of the Psalmist, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases."

Through reading the testimonies I have so often been helped that I am desirous of contributing mine, that others may perhaps be benefited, and their courage and confidence be restored by the knowledge that this great teaching is indeed the efficacious, healing Principle which the great Master expounded.

Christian Science was introduced into our home when I lay at death's door, after a period of strenuous effort by the best medical authorities to restore me to health. The condition was one of blood poisoning in the mouth, supposed to be caused through dental trouble. The most loving care had been extended to me by the attending doctors and nurses concerned with the case, but the condition became so serious that after five operations the verdict was pronounced that I could not possibly be saved, especially since septic pneumonia had developed.
