Under the marginal heading "Cleansing the mind," Mary Baker Eddy has written (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, p. 234), "The present codes of human systems disappoint the weary searcher after a divine theology, adequate to the right education of human thought."

An ever-increasing number of students of Christian Science are rejoicing that for them the weary search is over, for in Christian Science they have found "divine theology," and through its teachings are being educated out of the darkness of false believing into the light of a higher and better understanding of spiritual reality.

Every phase of human endeavor is expressing to some extent the beneficial effects of this cleansing process. The good results of this metaphysical system of education are increasingly evident in improved health, morals, and righteous achievements. They are also apparent in the experience of those students of Christian Science who are Readers, singers, public speakers, actors—in fact, any who feel the need for stronger, clearer, and more beautiful vocal qualities.
