Christian Science has met my every need in the past nine years. Before that time I was suffering from many ills. My greatest problems were constipation and sick and nervous headaches, which were gradually getting worse.

Upon consultation with the last specialist, and I had consulted many, the verdict was stone in the kidney and gall-bladder trouble, for which I was to take treatments at the hospital. This being before Christmas I decided to wait until after the holidays. In the meantime a dear friend told me of Christian Science. I attended a Wednesday evening testimony meeting and was so inspired that I knew I had found the right way. I felt that God would help me as nothing else had. I at once discarded all material remedies, and needless to say did not go back to the specialist. I then borrowed a copy of the Christian Science textbook and made an appointment with a practitioner. My healings were slow, but I am thankful that it made me hold fast and study more earnestly.

Words can never express my gratitude for the physical healings, but greater still is the joy of a better understanding of God. I am grateful for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church, also for all the activities of the Christian Science movement, especially the lectures, which are so uplifting.—(Mrs.) Dora E.
