Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Hawaii.

Our contacts with the press have been very harmonious this year, and I am glad to report that there have been no attacks on Christian Science. One Honolulu paper printed a full report of three lectures and a partial report of two others, and the other Honolulu paper printed a full report of one lecture and a partial report of four others. Both Honolulu papers and one on the island of Maui printed a report of the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church. The editors of the newspapers are using more reprints from The Christian Science Monitor. A total of forty-nine were used during the year.

The Committee on Publication radiocasts from Station KGMB every Sunday evening from 6.45 to 7 o'clock, and every Thursday morning from 7 to 7.15. Station KGMB presents the program, "The Monitor Views the News," six days each week, and reports that many people have expressed appreciation for these newscasts.
