Lecturer: Judge Samuel W. Greene; introduced by Edward J. Bull, who said:—

One great purpose of a Christian Science lecture is to bear witness to Truth. Inspired of God, without any human aid, and out of a deep love and compassion for suffering humanity, Mrs. Eddy did that research work in the Scriptures which has proved her revelation to be the living witness of Truth to this age. She gave her revelation to the world in her book "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and the teachings of that book have raised up a vast multitude of witnesses of those who have been healed of all manner of disease, sin, and suffering. I am glad to be one of those grateful witnesses. I first became interested in Christian Science nearly fourteen years ago through my wife's healing of neuritis and general weakness. She had been a sufferer for many years, and on doctors' orders we moved to a drier climate, but it was of no avail, for she was soon seeking the help of a specialist. It was not until Christian Science came shortly afterwards that she received her healing.
