[Original testimony in Swedish]
When Christian Science came into my life I was fettered...
When Christian Science came into my life I was fettered by sickness and many difficulties and was—as I believed—excluded from love, pardon, justice, health, and supply. And then and there it was as if arms were lovingly stretched out to me, giving consolation and help.
The Mother Church in Boston reached me first through Mrs. Eddy's books and the authorized periodicals. Later on, I was helped by the branch church where I am privileged to be a member. It invited me to its Reading Room, its services, and its lectures on Christian Science.
How wonderfully blessed I have been through Christian Science! I have been healed of lameness, sinus trouble, and double pneumonia; also of lack and many other trying conditions. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for God's loving care as revealed to mankind by Mrs. Eddy.
(Miss) Carla von Ahlefeld, Stockholm, Sweden.
