I must once more request space in your newspaper to correct a letter published in one of your issues, in order to show the reasonableness of Christian Science and its agreement with the Scriptures.

Christian Science teaches that God, Spirit, is the only creator and power, and that because God is infinite, He is ever present and all-inclusive. Therefore it follows, logically and reasonably, that everything coexists with God, is spiritual, perfect, and eternal, and remains so. This agrees with the spiritual and scientific account of the creation in the first chapter of Genesis.

If man is made in the image and likeness of God, who is ever present, it follows, logically and reasonably, that he must always reflect the divine nature of God. That is, man must be spiritual, unfallen, permanent. This perfect man does not need redemption, and should not be confused with the Adam-man, as illustrated in the second chapter of Genesis.
