Now, as in Jesus' time, the healing power of God is demonstrable; and it was her consecrated spiritual study of the Bible that enabled our Leader to explain this healing truth in her textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."

Like many others, I can testify to the healing efficacy of Christian Science. I have been healed of cuts, burns, sprained ankle, the smoking habit, influenza, neuritis, and unemployment. The neuritis was so severe that one day I was confined to bed completely helpless, and my wife had to feed me. This was during the year 1922. The healing was complete and permanent.

It is impossible for me to express in words my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me; also to Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, and for the many channels whereby we may learn of this healing truth. One of these channels is the Board of Lectureship. To listen to a lecture on Christian Science by one of the members is to me indeed a feast.
