In the spring of 1929 I had a wonderful healing of severe bladder trouble, which neither doctors nor specialists could cure. I was in a very weak state. Then I had a severe case of pneumonia and nearly passed on, being unconscious for three days. An operation could not be performed on my lung, as I was too weak; also, I was eighty years of ago.

When the doctors stated that nothing more could be done for me, my daughter, who is a Christian Scientist, asked a practitioner to work for me, which she most kindly did. I was instantaneously healed, regaining consciousness and asking for food. The doctors and nurses were astonished, and said that a miracle had taken place.

I have also been healed of bronchitis and influenza, and I have had an instantaneous healing of acute muscular rheumatism.

I can hardly express enough gratitude to God for all the numerous blessings, also for the great help received from the practitioner. I am extremely grateful to Mrs. Eddy for her consecrated life, which enabled her to give to the world this beautiful and healing religion.
