Our Leader says (Science and Health, Pref., p. vii), "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings." For twenty-five years I have been leaning on this wonderful truth, and it has been my sole physician, "a very present help in trouble."

I had been a semi-invalid for a number of years, using all material means available with but temporary relief. Finally the doctor said that an operation would be necessary to adjust some internal organ which was the cause of my trouble. In my condition, weakened from pain and suffering, I had a great fear of operations and told my husband that there must be some other way. About this time a letter came from a member of the family asking me to try Christian Science; also a friend told me of the healing of his wife. We asked help from a pectitioner, and this was lovingly given. In a very short time I was able to walk, and I have been able to walk ever since. Words cannot express my gratitude to the practitioner for help rendered in this healing; also for many other healings and for the wonderful protection which I have had since I began to study Christian Science.

Christian Science when rightly applied solves all our problems. I am deeply grateful to our revered Leader for giving this beautiful truth to the world; to the writers for the Christian Science periodicals which have brought to me many blessings; and for membership in The Mother Church.
