I had been attended by different doctors for a number of years for tuberculosis, without getting any relief. I was visiting my brother, who was in a sanitarium in a serious condition, and was hoping that I could help him, when one day the nurse came to me and said that there was only one thing that would help him, and that was Christian Science. I had never heard of it, and wondered what it was. The same day, coming home in the train, a lady spoke to me, and in the course of the conversation said that she had been healed through Christian Science. I asked where the church was, and that night I went to the service. I told an usher that I needed help, and was introduced to a practitioner. My brother, who did not have Christian Science treatment, passed on; but I began to study, and as my thought changed I found myself getting well. It was a wonderful healing, as there were times when it seemed almost impossible that I should get well. Through the loving patience of the practitioner, I have learned to prove that "with God all things are possible."

I am grateful, too, for divine Love's protection, also for the loving help given me when my mother passed on. I also witnessed a healing of my sister's child, one of whose eyes had been affected from birth. In a short time, with the help of a practitioner, he was well. Another wonderful healing was that of a little child of the same family. His head was covered with eczema. In a short time he was completely healed, and the hair grew again beautifully.
