I have been a student of Christian Science for over two years and am finding this wonderful study an increasing strength and comfort in my life. I was completely healed of a condition which had existed since early childhood, and for which I had taken medicine daily. To those who are striving to be healed of sickness, it may be helpful to know that if they persevere in studying the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," they will surely be led by divine Love to a perfect healing.

During my studies I came to the verse in II Corinthians which reads, "For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation." Simultaneously with this message came one from the textbook (p. 455): "God selects for the highest service one who has grown into such a fitness for it as renders any abuse of the mission an impossibility. The All-wise does not bestow His highest trusts upon the unworthy. When He commissions a messenger, it is one who is spiritually near Himself. No person can misuse this mental power, if he is taught of God to discern it." On reading this I went to a practitioner who helped me to realize that with divine, omnipotent Life, Truth, and Love ever harmoniously working there could be no inaction, only divine energy, ever manifested, and that no error can withstand Truth. I am very grateful for Christian Science and for the knowledge it brings of God's ever patient, tender, true presence.
