I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the many...
I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the many blessings that have come to my family and me through the study and application of Christian Science. I have found in the past five years that Science not only heals us physically but solves every problem, no matter in what form it may present itself.
We have had many beautiful healings in our home. Our eldest daughter was healed of a severe sore throat within a few hours after a practitioner had been called for help. This healing was great cause for gratitude, for at this time in our immediate neighborhood there were many children quarantined for diphtheria, and three had passed on. Our youngest daughter was healed of pneumonia. I had been working for her as we are taught in Christian Science, but when it seemed as if she could not draw another breath, my fear was so great that I called a practitioner for help, which was lovingly given. Within two hours the child was up and playing, completely healed. Both children have also been protected from so-called children's diseases.
I too have experienced several healings. There was much work to be done on my part. Nearly everything seemed to be wrong with me. With the help of a practitioner I was healed of an inward goiter and extreme nervousness. Errors of disposition are disappearing.
